Our farm operates on the principle that healthy land produces healthy animals, and healthy animals produce exceptional meat. We use high-density rotational grazing — moving the flock to fresh pasture every few days — so the land has time to regenerate between grazing cycles.

This approach builds topsoil, sequesters carbon, promotes biodiversity, and eliminates the need for synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. The diverse grasses our sheep graze on produce meat that is naturally higher in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Omega-3 fatty acids — measurable benefits of farming in harmony with nature.

We hold both Animal Welfare Approved and USDA Organic certifications, and we welcome farm visits from customers who want to see how their food is raised.

Our heritage breed sheep live their entire lives on open pasture, grazing freely on diverse grasses with access to shelter and fresh water. There are no feedlots, no growth hormones, and no routine antibiotics.

Our veal calves are raised in spacious, group-housed pens with room to move, socialize, and rest on deep straw bedding. Natural daylight and proper ventilation keep the environment clean and stress-free. They are never tethered or confined in individual crates.

We believe that humane treatment is not a cost — it is an investment in quality. Stress-free animals produce better meat, and treating animals with dignity is simply the right thing to do.
