Products and Services

Lamb & Veal sells premium grass-fed lamb and humanely raised milk-fed veal through our online store. All products are perishable food items shipped via cold-chain logistics. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

Ordering and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to all 48 contiguous US states via FedEx Cold Chain.
• Orders placed before noon ET on business days are typically shipped the same day.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to deliver within 24 hours of shipment.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not currently available.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If your meat arrives damaged, thawed, or otherwise compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, and we will replace your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Our freshness guarantee covers any quality issues that occur during shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our Pasture Box or other subscription services, you agree to recurring charges at the stated frequency. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect for the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lamb & Veal and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamb & Veal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
